My son Thomas Free was a caring, talented and loving person which was all stripped away by a careless hospital that caused mistreatment, malpractice and abuse. My son went into cardiac arrest on November 13, 2024 after being on a medication he should have never been prescribed. This medication was never discussed and raised high suspicion as to why this medication was given knowing the damage it would cause. His death is being covered up by the staff and we are seeking accountability and Justice.
